¹ Kroger Pay non-fuel transactions earn 5% cash back on the first $3,000 in purchases each calendar year and 2% on amounts above that. Kroger Pay transactions at Fuel Centers do not earn rewards. Mobile wallet transactions (excluding Kroger Pay) earn 5% on the first $3,000 in purchases each calendar year and 1% on amounts above that, regardless of where the transaction was made, including Kroger Family of Companies locations. "Mobile wallet" means Apple Pay^®, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet^®, and Garmin Pay™. Unlike Google Wallet^®, Google Pay^® may not qualify as a mobile wallet and earn additional cash back, depending on how the transaction is completed. We cannot control how mobile wallet transactions are designated and reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for additional cash back. If a Kroger Pay or Mobile Wallet transaction might also qualify as a rewards category transaction, then the card issuer has sole discretion on how to categorize the transaction. “Calendar Year” is defined as the period of time starting with your January statement (which may include transactions made in December) and running through your December statement (which may not include all transactions made in December).

Discount is available at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers each time you redeem at least 100 existing fuel points earned in a single month. You must scan, redeem fuel points and pay with your Kroger Family of Companies Rewards Elite Mastercard® in order to receive the fuel discount. Additional 25¢ discount offer expires one year from the cardmember’s approval date and does not require a spend minimum. However, if you spend at least $6,000 on net eligible purchases during the first 12 months that your Account is open, the 25¢ discount will be extended for the remainder of that calendar year and for the entirety of the next calendar year, ending the following January 31. After that, eligibility is determined on a calendar year basis. If you spend at least $6,000 on purchases in a calendar year, you get the 25¢ discount for the remainder of that calendar year (starting the month after you met the minimum spend requirement) and for the entirety of the next calendar year, ending the following January 31. If the additional 25¢ discount has expired and you have not met the minimum spend requirement in the prior or current year, you will instead receive an additional 5¢ fuel discount at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers when you scan, redeem fuel points and pay with your Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard®. Not valid with any other fuel offer. Accumulation excludes taxes, office services, alcohol, tobacco, fuel, prescriptions and any purchases prohibited by law. Fuel discount effective for a limited time at participating fuel center locations. Not valid in LA, MO or where prohibited by law. Purchases made at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers do not earn Rewards Points or fuel points. Please see store for fuel discounts details and in-store spending requirements. Selling or purchasing fuel points is prohibited. Fuel redemption offer cannot be combined with any other discounts. No discounts to dealers, wholesalers, or fleet programs. No cash back.
