Apply online for the Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® or call 1-888-219-1822 to apply by phone.
Yes. If you do not currently have a Shopper’s card number with your Kroger Family of Companies, one will be assigned to you.
Yes. Plus, you can request to add an authorized signer to your Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® account so your significant other can use the card too.
Please call 800-947-1444 and choose option 1 for the status of an application. For your security, you will be required to enter your social security number to locate the application. Additional verification item(s) may be needed to validate.
In most cases, when applying online you will receive the status of your application immediately. If you're approved, your card should arrive in 7-10 business days. Length of time varies depending on individual credit status, address verification and card processing time.
Once you receive your card in the mail, call 888-200-9959 to activate.

You can view your earned Rewards Points by logging into Online Banking. Learn more about Online Banking.
Rewards Points are earned at time of purchase and will be reflected on your account after the transaction posts. You can view earned Rewards Points in Online Banking. Learn more about Online Banking. Every 1,000 Rewards Points earned, will be worth a $10 reward.
Once you have earned at least 1,000 Rewards Points ($10), you have the option to redeem for a statement credit or Real-Time Rewards. Once you have earned at least 2,500 Rewards Points ($25), you have the option to redeem for a $25 Kroger Family of Companies Gift Card.
Log into your Online Banking Account and click on Rewards tab to access the Rewards Center homepage. From there you will be able to choose how you would like to redeem your rewards. You can also enroll in Real-Time Rewards at this site and, once enrolled, you’ll be able to instantly redeem earned rewards after making qualifying Kroger Family of Store purchases. You will receive a text with the option to redeem if your rewards balance is at least 1,000 Rewards Points ($10) and your Kroger Family of Companies purchase amount is also at least $10. Reply to the text with “Redeem” to use your earned rewards as a statement credit for the purchases.
Yes, after 36 months your points do expire.
Yes! If you prefer, please call us at the number at the back of the card to redeem your rewards once you have earned at least 1,000 Rewards Points ($10).
Because you earn cash back/Rewards Points for purchases, the cash back/rewards points you earned for a purchase you return will be subtracted from your point total.

No. You can use the Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® anywhere Mastercard is accepted. However, you do earn 2% cash back by shopping at the Kroger Family of Companies.
Yes. You can use your Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for cash advances at ATMs that accept Mastercard. Cash advances do not earn Rewards Points and may incur a fee.
The APR is competitive for credit cards that offer rewards. Keep in mind that you pay no interest on purchases (view terms and conditions) if you pay your bill in full by the payment due date each month.
